Justice unplugged

Luis Quiros is an undergraduate and graduate professor who teaches about race, politics, class and gender. I had the honor of being his student and mentee, he asked me to design a book cover for his second book which is in the process of being published. Quiros has his own radio talk show called Justice Unplugged where he shines light on social injustices, in his book he does the same. I found it appropriate to make his cover of a character holding up a radio microphone illuminating passion and a journey to justice.
